We provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order and how or if you want to pay shipping. Orders typically ship within 3 weeks of order placement. Rush shipment is also available. For Standard Orders with No Customization: Orders for standard products that do not require customization may be changed or cancelled within 3 days of the initial purchase at no charge by faxing a signed cancellation letter to (202) 330-5162. After 3 days, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the date that the items are received by the customer according to Return Policy below.

For Customized Orders (that include your organization's design, logo, and/or contact information): Orders for customized products may be changed or cancelled within 3 days of the initial purchase at no charge by faxing a signed cancellation letter to (202) 330-5162. After 3 days, orders may still be cancelled or changed within 14 days of the initial purchase. However, customers who decrease the order size or cancel within 14 days must pay 50% of the total purchase to cover partial design and production costs for the initial order. The remaining 50% of the purchase will be refunded to your account within 30 days of the cancellation date.

For Standard Orders with No Customization: You may return any unopened standard item for any reason within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g., custom made items are made to order and are not returnable). All items must be in "off-the-shelf and in-the-original-box" condition (this includes all original packaging). Items that have been opened, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged are no longer in salable condition and are not eligible for return.

To return an item, you must fax a letter to (202) 330-5162 stating the reason for your return and mail the item to the return address listed in your package. Once the package is received, you will receive a refund for the purchase. Additional charges or credits may be applied to your credit card as follows:
